Skybrari sells digital panoramic sky files. Once a customer downloads a file, it cannot be un-used, un-copied, or physically returned. For this reason, the default policy for all digital goods is "all sales final once delivered." Skybrari's approach goes one step further, as described below.
If a Skybrari file has any of the following problems, you're entitled to a full refund, no questions asked:
To request: email hello@skybrari.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem. Skybrari usually responds within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5 business days and typically appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For purchases where the files are not defective but the buyer changed their mind, Skybrari considers refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, under these conditions:
Requests after 7 days will not be considered except under the Quality Guarantee above.
Free skies — including the signup welcome sky, photo-review thank-you credits, and any other complimentary perks — have no monetary value and are not eligible for refunds. Paid purchases by any customer follow the regular refund policy above.
Weekly contest prizes are awarded in the form of free skies and non-transferable credits. They have no cash-equivalent value and are not refundable or exchangeable.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and similar legislation in other jurisdictions, consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal on online purchases. For digital goods, that right can be waived if the consumer expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right.
By completing your purchase on Skybrari and downloading any sky file, you (a) expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and (b) acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal as it relates to any sky file you have downloaded.
If you have purchased but not yet downloaded any file from your order, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — email hello@skybrari.com with your order number. Once any file in the order has been downloaded, the Quality Guarantee and 7-day buyer's-remorse policy above apply instead.
This section does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective digital content under your local consumer law.
Skybrari strongly prefers to resolve any purchase dispute directly. If you disagree with a charge on your card, contact hello@skybrari.com before disputing with your bank. Disputes filed without first contacting Skybrari may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved.

Skybrari may update this policy to reflect new products, new legal requirements, or policy refinements. Material changes are posted at skybrari.com/refund with a revised effective date.
