EU/UK residents (GDPR): the legal basis for processing is contract performance (for purchases), consent (for marketing emails), and legitimate interest (for security and fraud prevention). You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Skybrari uses the minimum cookies necessary to run the site: session cookies for cart state and login, and a preference cookie for cookie-banner dismissal. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics are cookieless.
Skybrari's services are not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, email hello@skybrari.com and we will remove it.
Skybrari is based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your data is transferred to and processed in the US. Our service providers may also process data in other regions (Stripe, Cloudflare). We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Material changes will be communicated by email to active account holders and posted at skybrari.com/privacy with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the site after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
